Specifications are:

- Model number TTM15E-45-F
- 4x RAMTRON DM2202J-20ns DRAM chips on the top
- 4x RAMTRON DM2202J-20ns DRAM chips on the bottom

These models are *supposed* to have embedded EDRAM inside the DRAM chips to speed up memory accesses.

Suspected IMST425 25MHz processor, but the PLCC chip is stickered over with a Transtech label.
