Specifications are:

- Model number TTM15E-85-F
- 4x RAMTRON ENHANCED DM2202J-15ns DRAM chips on the top
- 4x RAMTRON ENHANCED DM2202J-15ns DRAM chips on the bottom

These models are *supposed* to have embedded EDRAM inside the DRAM chips to speed up memory accesses.

Suspected IMST805 processor, but the PLCC chip is stickered over with a Transtech label.
