First version of the Amstrad produced Spectrum 128K +2.
This was bought because I found that my existing +3 model was not compatible with a remote PS/2 keyboard extender which I use all of my retro computers with.
The original +2 (not the +2a, +2b or +3) was the last model before Amstrad started started replacing a lot of the discrete logic chips with a combined gate array. The "grey" +2 is considered the best of the later models.
After some initial use, I found that this had a random reboot/memory corruption problem that wasn't evident from the initial power-on testing that I did.
New set of capacitors ordered June 2020.
