+**[December 2025]** Started to cut out the parts to build the two fighters. I had decided on scheme '**E**' and '**H**'; both G-6 variants, but the 'E' scheme is built with traditional armament (1x centre mounted cannon and 2x machine guns), and the 'H' scheme has the additional conformal underwing 20mm cannons.
+**First step - build up cockpit interior.** I only used a few of the brass photo-etch parts for the interior as many of them simply won't be seen (rudder pedals, tiny handles, etc). The colour photo-etch instrumentation panels have been added, and the gun-sight and seat belts need to be added, as well as weathering/panel lining. The assembly instructions for the '**H**' scheme uses an additional lower instrument panel not shown on the '**E**' scheme.

+Main fuselage parts clipped from sprue. These will need the interior areas painting as they have details which can be seen from the open cockpit. Since I am displaying both aircraft wheels-down, parked up being fueled/armed, there will be no pilot figures added.
