+This is the Librarian in Terminator armour from the //Leviathan// boxed set. Mostly painted as per the official photos, but with a Dark Angels right shoulder and cape added from an earlier Dark Angels command unit model set to match the theme of the rest of the units.
+Experimented with thinned down oil paint for the glowing runes on the armour and was surprised at how well it worked.
