Also included in the set is a non-scale-matching UN fleet **Yuunagi**, and four in-scale Cosmo Tiger II fighters for display next to the Yamato.

Backorder cancelled. I purchased the [[:blog:models:yamato:sby_3199|Yamato 3199]] set instead, which was a more recent model from the third season of the rebooted TV series.

== Paints Used ==

Most of the paint colours reccomended for the [[:blog:models:yamato:index|Space Battleship Yamato 2199 / 2202]] series of kits are from Gunze / GSI Creos / Mr Color range, which are hard to source in the UK. In addition, most of the [[blog:models:yamato:index#paint_list|original paint sets]] are bespoke to the line and are out of production:
