Flash Memory Benchmarks

Because I've got a load of different type of flash memory cards in my spares box, I maintain a spreadsheet and performance data list for them all.

First card I owned, from a Canon Powershot 2Mpix camera.

I suspect this one is virtually dead.

Wow. Very, very fast.

Really odd performance with this one.

Strong read performance.

Pretty slow.

Excellent performance, but what is up with the write performance fluctuation? Does this thing have a SLC buffer that is getting flushed every so many megabytes?

Failed test. Was averaging 10MB/s read before failure.
