Escort Work Log

A reminder of jobs still to do:

• Replace ISCV valve, connect wideband O2 sensor and reset base fuelling
• Fit AEM AFR sensor pod on side of tunnel for O2 sensor
• Refit front struct brace
• Remove temporary fuel pressure gauge from engine bay
• Remove restrictor from 'R' port on Amal boost valve & re-adjust actuator for 20-25psi
• Reseal front and rear windows
• Additional vertical bracing for Corsa EPS column
• Reshape Corsa column shroud to clear wheel boss
• Fabricate a lower column shroud to hide EPS motor etc
• Heat up headliner in corners to remove creases
• Tracking check
• Soften front & rear Gaz shocks
• Check brake servo
• Rubber isolate the water rail above the exhaust manifold so that it doesn't rub
• Fabricate a boot carpet set
• Check calibration of fuel level sender and gauge
