A later bad-guy mobile suit from the original Gundam series, you can tell that it borrows styling cues from both the earlier Zaku and Dom designs, as well as a very noticeable Crocodile / Dragon type head.

The same type of colour schemes that work on a Zaku should also work on a Gelgoog - I'm considering going with an all-grey design in 3-4 shades, along with aftermarket waterslide decals. It has some really nice surface detail that is ripe for picking out with panel lines.

It's very articulated for the size, to the extent where some of the opening armour flaps and joins do annoy me a little bit when you try to pose it - the main bug-bear being the little waste armour skirts which never line up.

Only dry-built for now. It will have to come back apart to be painted.
