 ===== Notes ===== ===== Notes =====

 +Chilam Balam is a western/horror/fantasy RPG - set in the old west with cowboys, but then starts to get involved with Mayan mythology and the supernatural.
 +
 +Quite a unique setting, I can't think of anything else like it.
 +
 +Chilam Balam is actually the name of several real-life collections of documents on Mayan spirits and spirituality: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chilam_Balam

 +=== HDD Install Process ===
 +
 +The floppy images appear to //not// be DOS floppy images, so when you insert one from a running DOS prompt (either emulator or real hardware) there's nothing visible on the disk. You can boot from floppy disk A and the game will start, so they work; looks like the type raw floppy that was common in the Amiga world. That probably means it can't be installed by regular methods.

 +===== Running the Game =====

-{{:blog:03820.jpg?640|}}+**From floppy**Just insert disk A and power on the computer / emulator, the game starts automatically. It //cannot// be started from DOS.
