This was my first ever attempt at night sky photography; it was less of a real attempt than a test to make sure that I could work my kit at night. Also making sure that my recently acquired wide-angle lens and tripod were all working correctly. Much too cloudy to get any real star-field images, but good enough to show everything was working.
