I've had this kit in a box of unbuilt models for more than 20 years… one of these days I'll eventually get around to building it. However, there are a couple of issues to deal with first:
- I misplaced the original waterslide decals
- The interior of the cockpit and the weapon bays/wheel wells are quite plain
- There are no pilot figures included!
Aftermarket Parts
Since the Revell kit is pretty bare-bones (and I lost the original decals) I decided to improve things a little with some additional parts and decals bought in December 2025.
- Quinta Studio 1/48 AH-64E 3d decals for interior
- Airfix 1/48 AH-64 APACHE 07101 decals
- Microscale 1/48 AH-1G/J “King Cobra” decals

My instruction manual / papers haven't stood up to the years very well, so I haven't copied them… they're all yellow and crinkled up now.
