I've had this kit in a box of unbuilt models for more than 20 years… one of these days I'll eventually get around to building it. However, there are a couple of issues to deal with first:

• I misplaced the original waterslide decals
• The interior of the cockpit and the weapon bays/wheel wells are quite plain
• There are no pilot figures included!

Since the Revell kit is pretty bare-bones (and I lost the original decals) I decided to improve things a little with some additional parts and decals.

• Quinta Studio 1/48 QDS48375 Boeing/Hughes AH-64E 3d decals for interior
• Airfix AH-64 APACHE 07101 1:48 scale decals
• Microscale 48-0160 1/48 AH-1G/J “King Cobra” HML-367; HMA-269, HMA-773 “Low Vis”
• ICM 48130 1:48 Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk crew

My instruction manual / papers haven't stood up to the years very well, so I haven't copied them… they're all yellow and crinkled up now.

Over the years I must have lost the original decal sheet for this kit. I need to source an aftermarket set if I intend to build this…
