The Desler command ship from the final few episodes of the first season of Yamato 2199. This includes the one main ship, which Desler used to flee his homeworld after the Yamato arrived, and then which docked with his personal battleship to escape and hunt down the Yamato.

Also included are a pair of non-scale DDG-110 Zedora II fighters.

Compared to many of the other 1/1000 sets, this is pretty light in terms of contents - just the one 1/1000 model and the two small fighters. However, short of some extremely limited release Premium Bandai sets, this is the only means of obtaining the Zedora II fighters.

Paints Used

Most of the paint colours reccomended for the Space Battleship Yamato 2199 / 2202 series of kits are from Gunze / GSI Creos / Mr Color range, which are hard to source in the UK. In addition, most of the original paint sets are bespoke to the line and are out of production. The Desler command ship uses colour YC19 from set CS887:
